# Contract Management

Contract Management brings your MSAs, NDAs, and proof-of-concept agreements into
FastYoke — authored from reusable templates, sent for signature, and tracked
through a full lifecycle, with counterparties signing under zero-trust access.

## What you get

- **Template library.** Start from built-in Mutual NDA, One-Way NDA, Master
  Service Agreement, and POC / Evaluation skeletons, or author your own.
  Templates use `{{variable}}` placeholders you fill in per contract, and are
  versioned — publish a template to lock it, cut a new version to change it.
- **Lifecycle tracking.** Every contract moves through draft → review →
  approved → sent → executed, with an append-only history of who did what and
  when. Renewals and expiries are tracked with automated reminders.
- **Send for e-signature.** Generate the document from a template (or upload a
  PDF), place the signature field, and send it to your counterparty.
- **Zero-trust counterparty access.** Counterparties never get an account. They
  receive a one-time link, then verify with an access code you share
  out-of-band **plus** a one-time code emailed at signing time — so a leaked
  link alone can't open the document. They review and sign in the browser.

## Installing

Contract Management is a Marketplace add-on. It **requires the e-signature
add-on** (contracts are signed through the e-sign engine), and is **included on
Pro and higher plans**; on lower plans it's available as a standalone monthly
add-on. Open the Marketplace, choose **Contract Management**, and install — your
tenant is seeded with the starter templates so you can send your first contract
right away.

Uninstalling hides the feature but **keeps all your data** — contracts,
counterparties, and templates are preserved, and re-installing restores access
exactly as it was.

## Starter templates are a starting point

The seeded templates are generic skeletons to get you moving quickly. They are
**not legal advice** — review and adapt them (or replace them with your own
counsel-approved language) before sending anything binding.
