Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with FastYoke, and how we respond when an account crosses the line.

DRAFT — pending legal review. This page describes our intended Acceptable Use Policy and is published for transparency while it is finalized. The reviewed version will supersede it.

Last updated: 2026-07-13.

By creating an account you agree to use FastYoke only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm others, our service, or the public. This policy lists the categories of use we prohibit. It applies to every workspace, every user, and everything you build, send, store, or publish through the platform.

Prohibited uses

You may not use FastYoke, or help anyone else use FastYoke, to:

  • Phishing and credential theft — impersonate a person or organization to deceive people into revealing passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
  • Spam and unsolicited messaging — send bulk or unsolicited email, forms, or messages, or evade the consent and unsubscribe requirements that apply to outbound communication.
  • Illegal goods and services — offer, sell, or coordinate the trade of goods or services that are illegal where you or your recipients are located, including controlled substances and weapons.
  • Fraud and deception — run scams, deceptive schemes, fake storefronts, or any activity designed to defraud people or businesses.
  • Malware and abuse of systems — distribute malware, run denial-of-service activity, probe or breach systems without authorization, or otherwise interfere with networks and devices.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — store, transmit, solicit, or facilitate any material that sexually exploits or endangers children. There is zero tolerance for this, and we report it to the appropriate authorities.
  • Money laundering and terrorist financing — move, conceal, or disguise the proceeds of crime, or finance prohibited organizations.
  • Intellectual property infringement — upload, distribute, or publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights you do not hold or have permission to use.
  • Prohibited industries — operate lines of business we do not permit on the platform, including those we are legally unable to serve.
  • Sanctions and export violations — transact with sanctioned parties, regions, or in violation of applicable export-control and trade laws.

This list describes categories of prohibited conduct; it is not exhaustive. We may treat conduct that is abusive, unlawful, or harmful as a violation even if it is not named above.

How we respond

When we identify a violation we take graduated action proportionate to the severity and the risk to others. Depending on the category, that can range from a warning and closer monitoring, to restricting outbound communication, to suspending or terminating the account. For the most serious categories — such as child sexual abuse material — we act immediately and report to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting abuse

If you believe an account is violating this policy, email [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to locate and assess the activity.
