Connect your Vendara account to invoice customers from your CRM orders and quotes.

Vendara Payments

Vendara Payments lets you bill your customers through your own Vendara account, directly from FastYoke.

Connecting your account

  1. Install Vendara Payments from the Marketplace.
  2. Open Connectors under the Yoke section.
  3. Paste your Vendara API key and Merchant GUID, then click Connect Vendara. We validate the credentials before saving them, and we store them encrypted.

Invoicing from CRM

With CRM Suite installed, open the Payments tab. Each order and quote appears in the Invoiceable list. Click Create & send invoice to create a Vendara invoice for that record's total and email a payment link to your customer. The invoice then appears under Invoices, where its status updates automatically as your customer pays.

What's stored where

Your invoices and customers live in Vendara. FastYoke keeps only a link to each invoice and its latest payment status, refreshed in the background.
